Additional Barcode Settings

Bar Thickness (px): It sets the width of the narrowest single bar (or space) in the barcode, often referred to in industry terms as the X-Dimension or Module Width. The default value is 2 pixels wide. Increasing this number stretches the entire barcode horizontally.
Barcode Height (px): This controls the vertical height of the black bars themselves (measured in pixels). The default value is 100 px. It does not include the text underneath; it only changes how tall the vertical lines are.
Font Size: This controls the text size of the human-readable numbers/characters printed underneath the barcode. Setting this to 0 effectively hides the text completely, leaving you with just the bare barcode lines.
Text Spacing: This determines the vertical gap or spacing **between the bottom of the barcode lines and the top of the text** underneath it. Increasing this pushes the numbers further down away from the bars.

Date + sequential number – good for production or shipping dates.

Prefix + serial – handy for inventory tracking.

Simple alphanumeric code – ideal for product numbers.

“SN:” label plus a long serial, shows that the colon (: ) is also supported.

Includes a special character (# ) to demonstrate symbol compatibility.

All‑numeric and an even number of digits – can be encoded with Code 128‑C for higher density.
